| well doing pull ups will work them . but you can also do do an upside down lever (where you are upside down hanging on a bar with body straight. and pull yourself up by your traps |

| I agree with what MarineMotivatedMe said in reference to being as vertical as possible and "shrugging" while upside down.
If your bar is adjustable (or is low enough) you can just leave your feet on the ground (or elevate them so they're at the right height) and pull yourself toward the bar. You should be as horizontal as possible. Think of it as a front lever pull without the front lever. This will hit your lower/mid traps and back pretty well if done correctly.
Also, a personal favorite of mine is to have your body in a literal L shape and do pullups. As in your legs are vertical on the other side of the bar, and your upper body is horizontal under it, and you pull towards your lower chest/upper abdomen.
Not too easy, but you can great a back workout from it. |

| It was a joke But to be pedantic there's a big difference between an iron cross or a front lever and an iron cross progression and a tuck font lever. I think it's important to be as precise as possible to those attempting to learn, both to prevent injury and to promote correctness of terminology |
