I wanna get mass, i'm 14yr old, my actually routine:
-Pull-ups 5*8 rest 1min (5 are the sets, 8 are the reps)
-Inverse pull-ups(with palms to me) 5*8 rest 1min
-Dips between benches (triceps) 8*8 rest 1min
-Dips (chest) at the dip bar 10*8 rest 1min
-Push-ups inclinate 5*10 rest 1min
-Wide Push-ups with 2 dumbells in the hands 1min rest
-Diamond push ups 1min rest
-Crunches with 4kg on my chest 3*15 (abs)
-Leg raises with 4kg in my hands 3*15
-Crunches without supplement weight 3*20
I apply a TUT of 2-0-2 on dips, push ups, pull ups for a more intensive training.
