Hey bro is that your max'es in 1 set???? If so your doing good for a newbie what ill sugest is you do those everyday and you'll get stronger then your numbers will go up..(everything takes time believe me..ask anyone on here who's at a high level) ,another one is to just concertrate on your breathing when your training. KenStonefield a fellow forum member on here and i was disscussing that just yesturday, he records himself, and just concertrates on his form and his breathing then looks back at the tape then counts his numbers. Awesome..Give these a try for a few weeks and see if you get any progress if you do for a while and it stops that means its time to switch up..
and well be here to help you out

gain strength advises:
elevated feet push ups
pull ups chin ups with weights or do them very slowly and then explosive (mix it)
dips add weight
AND DON'T REMEMBER YOU ABS AND LOWER BACK THEY ARE ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT PARTS OF YOUR BODY (AFTER YOUR HEAD)
Laughing
keep training mate and you see results many of us stuck, but hard work break all limits.

If you can't buy a vest just use a bookbag and put weight in it

3 sets a day's a Good start for a Newbie, you may not get your max'es without breaking up the sets in a certian exercize on the other two sets. it dont matter get a few seconds rest/break and get back in and finish the numbers. No matter what. Add a forth set once you got all your maxes in all three sets.. and your good hope that help a little???

just increase your volume by aiming for a certain amount of reps on a certain exercise and do it.

Another technique is Grease the Groove--basically on the top of every hour, every hour that you are awake, perform 5 reps of an exercise, strict and controlled. This will help you get more meaningful reps in, and increase you max.

Try doing tabata--8 intervals, of doing 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest, for an exercise. so basically you will be doing 4 minutes of one exercise.

Google for pullup programs, there are a few good ones out there.

Make sure your form is good, do negatives...eventually you will make increases
