| well, till now i have done everything on my hands, fingers or on books or smthg, but lately i see that name all over the place. and can u perform things like l sit, and other "more advanced" exercises on them or do they break? lol is there some superior function for them? what do you need them for? just for the "adding depth part"? |

| everything on handles almost improves grip strenght and wrists, if u put ure hands like if u would do everything on knuckles.. try hspu like that and u'll feel the burn xD u can do Lsits Vsits, pushups various, planches.. almost every pushing excercise.. u can do tricep extensions on them.. alot of stuff. its pretty useful lol. |

I would say that it is a "different" hit. I am sure it is hitting smaller twitch and stabilizer muscles in your hands, wrists and forearms. Since you are supporting your entire body weight across the palms, as opposed to using a larger surface area such as your hands.
I have started HSPU with push up bars... it is much different *at least, it is for me* |

| ofc if u do stuff on ur fingers ur grip and forearm strenght is gunna go throught the roof.. but i learned the hard way u need strong wrists for everything.. so i do pushups on fingers until i can do something harder on fingers.. and alot of stuff on handles.. i do hspu on palms because im too weak to get a decent workout from them on handles.. experiment and see what works best for u kinda like always oh and for grip strenght on fingers works better i think. as long as u dont overdo it.. thats the risk with fingers. u can rip tendons if u f**k something up.. |

| Lol Reality I have that exact Nike pair. They're great for L sits yeah. Plus you can detach the bottoms for easy box packing if you're moving or something.
*wonders if he's the only one who picks them up and clacks the bottoms together sometimes*
I don't see why they would fall apart during the moves like someone asked, even though plastic they're pretty sturdy. It's well set up for compression and the pads are comfortable. |
