 Question regarding move in "Bar-barians Spring Training" video

PostSubject: Question regarding move in "Bar-barians Spring Training" video   Sun Dec 14, 2008 5:54 pm

In the "Bar-barians Spring Training" video one of the members (I think it might be Zakaveli) is doing a move which involves hanging from the back of his neck on the bar. It occurs about 50 seconds into the video. I would like to know the name of this move, and the physics behind it. Is the performer hanging by the back of his neck alone, or is the friction created by squeezing the bar between the back of the neck and the forearms? Thanks in advance.

Ah David! Thats the Zef Pose done in December of 07'

I guess to make it even clearer I should get a screen shot to go along with description. I do it as soon as I can.

I believe he takes the weight off of his arms and stretches back.
