PostSubject: Adamas's routine   Wed May 26, 2010 11:18 am

Hello, just a while ago I finished my new routine that best fits to my skill. Check it.

50 push-ups
1xBicycle Crunch Tabata
30 pull-ups
20 chin-ups
50 push-ups

All of this, expect tabata, is NOT IN ONE SET. It means altogether. What do you think about this? Should I'll be big boy like LB, after doing this EVERYDAY?

You missed legs and core. There they are? Everything other is ok. And if you want to be big you need eat healthy (not tasty Smile ) food about 5 - 6 times per day. Plus wait two - three years because your still very young for this. Your body are growing know, so be patient. Good luck and train SAFE.
P.S And being big doesn't mean that you are strong.

Add Dragons flags and presses to Headstands and l8r handstands instead of crunches

yes he's swole as a motherf..
But you don't get bigger and bigger from 50 push ups with like 5 sets! ARGHAHGHA!
He can pull up what 200lb? from some video i saw..
I'm pretty sure 100pull ups doesn't mean magically you can do 200lb the next day

Have you never heard just because some1 is huge doesn't mean they know what their talking about.
I'm sure littlebeast does but what i'm saying is.. if some1 is huge you don;t automatically follow what their doing and if you do that's silly

I dont really max out on one exersice, I Always do Super/Mega sets. so Lets say i start on the pull up bar (damn i cant typ fore arms sore as motherfcker lol anyway) so i start on the pull- up bar , i do L-seat Frontlever Pull ups, Maybe even one arms on the 1st few sets, than i always drop down to the ground and do a few extreme push ups, could be planche push ups could be diamonds could be something with the wall could be something like handstand push ups, than i go to the dip bar straight after - i like to start with zef planche dips just a few reps and i try to keep my dips static controlled and explosive, than i drop down again to the ground, or i do beartraps to really get the shoulders exploding, than i go to the dragonflags i do few reps on that, than i go to the Tpole (bed) THAN i go to the rings and do most of the times uperrbody.. remember i can start in anyway, so thats over 100 reps with static holds and extreme holds.. thats 1 set..

Just keep pushing yourself and progressing. Don't think to hard about it,the results will come. There is no perfect routine. Good luck with your training! And you do not necessarily have to lift heavy to get big. Research herschel walker and even mike tyson in his prime. They both did like 1-2,000 pushups and dips and alot of pullups and situps everyday and they are both big as f#ck! I'm sure yall know who tyson is. Herschel walker is considered by many to be the best college football player ever. He just had a mma fight at 47 years old and whooped some dudes a$$! He was shredded even at 47. I think his fight is on youtube.
