 Excersise for traps?

..Is there anything you would recommend that works the traps really good including just calisthenics?..I know hand stand pushups can do, but maybe too challening for me now Smile

handstand shrugs
dip shrugs

Those pushups he does on the bench are killer for triceps and traps, and it even gets a little bit of core and back if you keep yourself straight.

It's actually easy to do them one arm because you can recruit your lat on one side more than you can if you do them two arms. If it's hard slightly bend your back will put some leg power into coming up.

Yeah but I tend to bend my elbow up instead of down like Hannibal does it, feel it more along the lats. I'll try it using the same form as diamond. The way I do it it's sort of like a one arm dip.

hang upside down inbetween two monkey bars or dip bars straight up and down with your feet in the air. then do shrugs (just keep your arms straight and lift yourself up and down at the shoulders)
