| I got alot of PM'S from people about these .. so why not answer it for everyone..
Ok, First off all u gotta master the basics, perfect form.. When you feel u mastered the basics u can try it, Now - Its not easy att all.. so dont get off-Line when u cant do it.. it takes alot of time, patience and focus..
From easiest to hardest,
Backlever - How i got it is( ofcourse master the basics) But this move is all about body control, its all practise, i remember when i did it i holded it like for 20 seconds - on daniels vid lol .. but before that i just told my self fck it im gonna hold it .. keeping ur elbows next to ur body helps.. its all shoulder strength, back, and grip.. i think anyone on this forum can do it by the time.. just hold it.. i know it hurts but that what makes you stronger.
Frontlever - Same here Bodycontrol,focus.. u know get ur core game up.. what helped me alot is doing DRAGONFLAGS with your hips up like u wanna push ur d**k in something.. and try to get ur toes to the end of the world really really stretch ur self out.. when u mastered the dragonflags i can do like 50 straight.. i had that on video on youtube, so now i do them with 20lb ankleweights, this works but remember first master it.. and oh yeah, hold ur self in a dragonflag on the lowest posistion the hardest get ur legs in an L and push ur legs to the sky with only using ur hips.. windshield wipers help alot, hanging leg raises locked out arms, i do hanging leg raises like this - go up hold it for a second go back to an L and from there u go back up.. This is kinda advanced.. another great exersice is u hanging from the bar in an L- from there u push ur hips up to an frontlever, only using ur core keep ur arms locked out very important,, i think everyone can hold something like a frontlever but its all about form, and everyone got the problem keeping it perfectly straight this is what works..
PLANCHE <3 !! - this is my favorite move!! i sleep in this .. ok basicly u wanna do alot of dips, tucked planche push ups and hip push ups, again thats mastering the basics, now when u feel like u mastered it you can move on to wall planche push ups with 5 second hold on the lock out.. handstand push ups on push up handles with ur knuckle forward!! than always keep doing them.. than u go on a dip bar u keep ur arms locked out and u try to go in a full planche, if u cant go straight what yall cant do yet, just hold it from where u can hold it but keep the arms locked out.. another exersice is the bend armed planche get urself some push up handles, and do l-seat to bended arm sets.. make sure u record ur self or get a spotted for the form, cause i see alot of dudes twisting it all up.. control urself and focus on what u doing.. than when u feel u gettin stronger.. u can try to do the planche push ups but if u aint locking out it aint a push up.. so please watch out.. start with ur knuckles backwards, its easier and ur body will know u doing someting very extreme and the hiddin muscle will notice and start growing.. oh and always stretch always stretch man always stretch.. oh weighted dips helped me alot just do it with alot of control.. train smart.. WILD OUT !!
but again man.. YALL CAN SEE THIS ON MY USTREAM!! ..

| Great stuff Metin, I'm actually in the process of making a video showing some basic planche stuff that I'm using to get a solid straight arm planche hold.
Another tip for you guys if you can't extend both your legs back is to do a tuck planche and then try and extend one leg. Then switch legs. You can do a similar thing with front levers and it's really helpful. You can even do pushups in that position and front lever pull ups, so definitely helpful.
Mastering these two exercises also has a tremendous impact on visual mass and definition btw. |

That's some truly awesome lower back strength. I couldn't see if your arms were straight or not, but if they were that's probably much harder than doing it in a handstand. |
