I have a few questions about the book "Building the Gymnastic Body".

On "Integrated Training":
Did I understand correctly that I combine static with dynamic exercises.
So back lever and immediately after that pull-ups.
back lever - pull-ups - back lever and so on ...?

Hope someone has read the book.

Thx guys

Yeah, integrate static holds before working on basic strength and dynamic exercises from the book. That's what integrated training is.

You're a real idiot if you tell someone not to read books. It's one of the worst things you can do, looking everything up on the internet, several hours per day. you get lazy, you're eyes start to hurt, etc etc.. Books are perfect.. Why not combining books with the internet? ..

peace
