I AM GONNA TAKE YOU, TO ANOTHER LEVEL.. if you follow this i will build you to the moves u always wanted to do, the endurance, the power,the strength, the control, the beast in you is gonna be unleashed soon.. try everything u see in the videos, it will increase every saga so work hard..

| this is again pure inspiration LBM i wanna thank you for those great videos... i will def follow you closely on that... just a bit sad i could not hear ILL BILL till the end  can't wait for some tips on food btw are taking some proteine shakes or creatine or its only pure raw strenght ??? (lol i guess i know the answer of that one) take care amigo |

| Hold on am I seeing this correctly? is this only episode 1 out of 5 in a series of 10? how many total episodes do you think you'll make? this is fucking amazing bro! I can't wait to do this tomorrow.... frankly I don't think I can do it all but this is just waht I need !! thanks a lot dude |

| thx alot brothers, there is alot more coming soon, but its hard for me to combine this with my own workout i do, but i got alot more coming very soon, and did yall tried the sets i have shown yet? and how does they feel.. |

| i did the full set yesterday
i mainly struggled with the tucked planche push up right after the handstand and the dragons were also not good (need to revise correct form)
i did it in +- 40min it was great workout
can't wait for episode 2 |

I planned on doing 100 MUs + planche training today but if ti keeps raining ima do this, tell you later today how it went |

| Everything good ends sometime... Bad news for you all, Metin is going through hard times right now so it's impossible for him to make new sagas to us, who really wanted to see them. Hopefully everything gets alright and in the future (after months/years) we will discover the secrets of his training. |
