Hey I am lucky man (exams finished) :-D

I am back after 2 months without training :-(.

I will be give my training every week all over the Summer.

training 4.days a week other days rest or skating, football and other sports

Morning-
Tuck planche - 2*max time
Pess up - 2*5
Scorpion position - 2*max time
Whell - 3*max

Evening
Pull up - Reacon http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Recon_Ron_Pull-up_Program
Push up - 5*20
ABS - 5*20
Squat - 5 *20
Dips 1 bar - 5*15

Run or Jumping rope 10min
Stretching

Sounds good but are you doing these every day or once a week and why have you been off training for so long are you commin back from an injury is tht why ya doing these sets only once a week?

grrrr :@ .. start with 30 minutes of jumprope in the morning when u wake up and 30 minutes after your workout Smile

I add next days soon. I had a little injury but main reason were exams. I have training 4 days a week.

Tuck planche pushup - 2*max
Dragon flag - 2*max
Lower Back - 3*10

Evening
Front lever static(tuck)- 3*max (25sek keep position,1min rest)
Back lever dynamic(tuck) - 3*10 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zYc2XQrA5Ds
HSPU - 3*max
Front lever dynamic(tuck)- 3*10 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pwCv1Yjb8MI
