| of course my main goal is the full planche (push up), but at first I think I have to learn the tucked planche (push up). but I don´t get my lower back up enough. so how can I learn it most effectly? how can I train my lower abck for doing that, or what do I have to train specifically? thanks for responses!!

| All I did was practice every day doing the tuck planche hold. Just hold it as high as you can for as long as you can. I do as many sets as I need till I hit 60seconds. You'll progress fast if you stay consistent. |

At first i could only lift my knees of the ground but i kept doing it untill i could lift myself higher. Now I can hold it for 20-30 secounds, do 8 tuck planche pushups and hold an advanced tuck planche for 7 sec.
Also do pushups, pullups and dips. I also train front and back lever at the same time. It helps.
Just keep training and you will improve. I cant wait untill i can do a full planche! |
