| Up until now I hadn't really been able to do a front lever. But, with my new found skill I couldn't help but overdo it. Soon my triceps started to really hurt (DOMS) from all the tension I was placing on it. I decided to rest my arms a few days and this helped. When I returned I just did pull-ups. I kept my reps low (6-7) but my sets high (10 or more spread throughout the day). I had been doing this before even achieving a front lever without much soreness the next day, but now even after I had "recovered" my triceps were just as sore. Now I can't seem to do any pulling work without having my triceps sore the next day and for three or four days afterwards at least. A finger tendon injury (too much climbing) has kept me out of commission for the last ten days or so (that and my roommate lent out our pull-up bar - one of those Iron Gym things, and it's pretty good too). So I'll wait and see if the forced rest will solve my triceps issues when I finally do some pull-ups again (maybe Thursday or Friday). |

| I was just thinking about how nice it would be to be able to do one-armed handstands so that I could type upside down while I practice. |
