Sometimes when i after a workout, i feel my joints cant attend for example a feather to lift...

1.My shoulders are crunching, and sometimes in some positions i have pain. (this is the reason i cant hold my human flag longer)

2.Now if i do straight arms levers my right elbow indicate a little pain. (not to mention my left bicep is a lot more bigger than my right bicep, dont know why, but its annoying )

3.My lower back has pain sometimes now i started strengthening it and strecthing too.

4.My knees and ankles are cracking/crunching all the times. And my knees are squeaking/rasping.

5.I always stretching my hips and ankles to get a f**king proper squat, but still nothing development.

I'm afraid of training sometimes Crying or Very sad i dont want to get seriously injured

SO WHAT THE HELL???

I eat a lot of fruit, vegetables and drink milk...i always try to eat as much meat as i can.

Well, i sleep only 4 hours for weeks now (university) and my sleeping method is DISGUSTING, AWFUL AND POOR. but i want to keep training. Do u think this is the reason for my joints are cracking and weak? Can it effect my joints if i not sleep enough? or only muscles maybe overtraining is it?

I went to the doctor and said stop what u do.

I'm full of MOTIVATION, but i cant keep these "injuries" anymore.

This is weltering for a long time, but now i had to share with u guys. I need help.

Tell me what to do and i will do everything to train hard again!


Thanks guys for helping me! I really hope u can give some pieces of advices!

fish oil, fats and most of all GET SOME REST!

your body needs rest to heal, each time you work out you cause minor tears in your muscles and wear the joints. If you don't give them a chance to recover you compound the minor tears into minor injuries. And then to major problems if you don't sort it out.

Seriously, sleep properly for a good week, do light exercises if you want but don't push yourself. Generally give your body a chance to recover Wink
