Sometimes when i after a workout, i feel my joints cant attend for example a feather to lift...
1.My
shoulders are crunching, and sometimes in some positions i have pain. (this is the reason i cant hold my human flag longer)
2.Now if i do straight arms levers my right
elbow indicate a little pain. (not to mention my left bicep is a lot more bigger than my right bicep, dont know why, but its annoying )
3.My
lower back has pain sometimes now i started strengthening it and strecthing too.
4.My
knees and ankles are cracking/crunching all the times. And my
knees are squeaking/rasping.
5.I always stretching my
hips and ankles to get a f**king proper squat, but still nothing development.
I'm afraid of training sometimes

i dont want to get seriously injured
SO WHAT THE HELL???
I eat a lot of fruit, vegetables and drink milk...i always try to eat as much meat as i can.
Well, i sleep only 4 hours for weeks now (university) and my sleeping method is DISGUSTING, AWFUL AND POOR. but i want to keep training. Do u think this is the reason for my joints are cracking and weak? Can it effect my joints if i not sleep enough? or only muscles maybe overtraining is it?
I went to the doctor and said stop what u do.
I'm full of MOTIVATION, but i cant keep these "injuries" anymore.
This is weltering for a long time, but now i had to share with u guys. I need help.
Tell me what to do and i will do everything to train hard again!
