If your learning the planche like me then a great way to strengthen your shoulders is to use a basketball at your feet when you do it. You can roll forward or back depending on your strength,
hopefully it can help somebody, i thought it was better posting then not

Yeah that would be even better! don't have any chairs with wheels at my house =(
