You know how to shrug right?
get upside down and shrug, you'll be shrugging almost all your weight that way. Find monkey bars, hang from them, bring your legs up and into the monkey bar hole and with your arms straight start shrugging.
Now ask yourself... why do you want bigger traps hahahaha make sure your body is proportionate dog you dont wanna look ridiculous... but yeah that exercise should work. Handstand push-ups might too.
