0:00 Start 5 MU's

0:15 Complete 5 MU's

REST 30 sec.

0:45 Start 45 Dips

1:30 Complete 45 Dips

REST 40 sec.

2:10 Start 25 Pull-ups

2:45 Complete 25 Pull-ups

REST 45 sec.

3:30 Start 55 Push-ups

4:30 Complete 55 Push-ups

REST 50 sec.

5:20 Start 5 MU's

5:55 Complete BR2010

From what I've watched on the forum I've constructed a plan of attack. I feel that going into this with a timed strategy is going to help my mental confidence. You know what they say about not planning, It's planning to fail. I have been testing out the rest times and I find I need more towards the end due to obvious fatigue. I feel I can't waste time in the beginning. I will post my video soon. Best of luck to everyone!

Thanks!

I am also experimenting the way i think of the numbers. 5 MU's at the start is 5 but, 45 Dips to me is 15,15,15. 25 pullups to me is 10,10 and 5. 55 pushups are 20, 20,10, 5. and the last 5 MU's are 2, 2, 1.

By changing how I count to myself I feel the numbers are broken down into smaller more attainable sets. Conquering the smaller sets keep me feeling comfortable and confident as I continue to push through the requirements.

You know how you eat an elephant? One bite at a time.

See you later!

Thanks Al. I believe we'll get it . I saw your video. 32 F as the high today. It's got to be tough in that weather.

I like the way you think man. Mentally that's how I go about counting when I decide to reach for higher reps also. The ordering of your movements (MUs, Dips, Pullups, Pushups MUs) your doing, is there reasoning behind that aswell?

I had thought about which order would be best for me when I complete the requirements. I believe it comes down to what each person's individual strengths and weaknesses are. I'll do some experimenting with that in the near future.

Best of luck man.

@ Cen, Thanks!

The Order of the movements must Start and End with 5 MU's. The rest I just followed how ZEF mastered them.

Speaking of Zef, I'm also utilizing his rest postion stretch (Asian Squat) in between movements. It's like direct bodily alchemy, taking place inside of you. I'm experimenting with this right now. I think the squat helps with something called "P.H.A." Peripheral Heart Action.

P.H.A.’s emphasis is not in bringing a localized pump to the muscles. The approach is to choose movements that will allow you to pump blood to opposing ends of the body so blood doesn’t localize and develop a lactic acid build up. Done correctly, PHA does indeed "circumvent" a massive pump, in favor of enhanced circulation.

@ loganlion, A humble thank you!
