| I woke up and felt strong for some reason so i warmed up with handstand pushups, then went in the basement with no intention on doing a planche but i ended up holding it for 2 sec. next set 4 sec. 5 sec. then 10 sec.for the first time felt good. I will put a video up soon.

| Nice work bro, yeah I'd like to see your video. I've been messing with planche positioning and holds recently. |

| Good job Lou, Isn't crazy how some days you just feel strong and relaxed perfectly at the same time? |

| Thanks everyone, once i heal i will put a vid up of the hold.I been training for the hold about 4 months real serious i skipped all the progressions tuck planche, frog stand, for me these progressions didn't work.I just did heavy dips, high rep high volume dips, really heavy static dips, really heavy static pull ups, lots of weighted core exercises, elbow levers, and just a little freestyle on the parallel bars then it just happened. For now i will try to perfect my form. |

Interesting approach Kind of confirms some of the ideas I've been having about planche training. The thing that the holds would help with in my opinion is that the joint development from the holds is unparalleled with weighted dips. I've been focusing on weighted dips more now than before and I'll see how this helps me. Congrats on the hold. |
