| a little while ago I achieved the ab wheel rollout on legs and the dragon flag, now I wanna take it a step higher, so what do you think should I learn at first til summer front-/back lever or human flag?? I dont know which move is more difficult, I think the human flag... should you learn at first front lever before starting with human flag or is it equal, hope to get some statements on that... I also were lucky about some suggestions about how to learn this moves and how long it will need to perfectionate them... |

Funny thing, I currently work on these two myself. I don't think it'll take more than two months to nail these two moves. Good luck! Ps. check out arthlete.com front lever tutorial if you haven't alrdy seen it.
Cheers! |

| It will probably take 2-3 months of training to get these. This time interval assumes that you are already decently conditioned.
Follow the dragondoor tutorial for the front lever. It is as the bottom of the page where the planche tutorial is. My only advice for the front lever is to FOLLOW THE PROGRESSIONS. I have tried skipping ahead and all it does is either give a weak FL or give bent arms. If you follow the progression, you should have no injuries, good endurance and good full FL strength.
For the flag, I cannot do it so I don't really have too much advice. Follow the Dominic Lacasse tutorial on Youtube and again take the progressions slow. Make sure you keep your arms straight at all times.
Good luck. |

Coach Sommer recommends 4 days per week.
If you haven't seen it yet, you may want to check out the Kilroy70 template on the gymnasticbodies forum. http://gymnasticbodies.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=1957 |

| front and bck lever you can do at the same time, they will help each other, back lever is the easiest then flag then front lever.
in my personal opinion i know people that have trained these in gymnastics and circus and yes they got back lever and maybe flag in 2 months but front levr a proper one will take a lot i mean alot longer, but then again gymnasts and circus wont and cant just train those 3 they have alot more to work on so if there your only goals and the only things to train then maybe but itll be hard to get all 3 in 2 months, well get them properly |

That doesn't hold true for me, although it's the general consensus that this is true. I've made more progress on my front lever than on the back lever or flag. I train front lever more than back lever or flag though. |

some peopl do find front lever a little easier but technically it is harder, if you are good at front lever then i think that maybe you just havnt figured out how to use the right muscles to do back lever because your deffinatly strong enough for it, and yeah if you train it more it will get better |
