If you are a beginner i would just get all your maxes higher on pull ups, dips, push ups, squats all the basics and mix them around constantly when your reps went up high enough i would start a routine thats pretty much what i did, you don't need a set routine now just kill your core, legs, and all the basics 5 times a week eat really healthy and sleep plenty at night. No special routine just super hard work is a good start.GoodLuck.
