Anybody know if there's a record for longest planche hold? or just impresive FULL planche holds? No bent arms, floor or bars.

I'm just wondering if people can hold it past 20 secs. I'm working on tuck planche still and it's brutal. I can't imagine someone holding a full planche for very long at all. Video proof would be nice, but I believe yall!

If you train for planche endurance you can get a very long hold. Also, you must disqualify anybody who even bends their arms even slightly. I can hold the advanced tuck for 60 seconds with not too much problem and straddle planche for 15+. It really doesn't seem too unreasonable to hold a full one for more than 20s.

You got this guy but his arms are not totally straigth, well i mean it looks like yes but it's not , he bend like 2-3% but there is bend anyway....

the " no bend " really makes a huge difference. I suppose with enough practice one can hold a full strict planche for quite a while. I was just curious as it puts tremendous pressure on many parts. I mean, I'm not even at the point where I have to involve my lower body and it's still a lot. Thanks again.

Yes, i think we can get to 20 sec pretty easily, well easily it's a big word , but it doesn't take as much time as we can think.
My last record was almost 10 sec on fingertips, the last month before i get sick and be off from training for a month...

anyway i lost a bit my time, need just a few time to get used again the CNS to it, but 'im sure in a few months, i'll get to 20 sec pretty quickly, buth then from 20 sec and more , it would be hard, but reach the 20 sec is pretty " easy ".

if i recall correctly, there was this cirque performer that could hold the planche perfectly for 2min.

Bboy junior is handicapped, he has a fake leg, which is lighter than a normal leg. So, we can't really count him anyway.
