Hey guys I finally got some MUs it took a while but I'm pretty happy about it. I tried on straight bar on the same night but I was having issues with the false grip. It's easier to do them no the playground bars below because my chest can't hit the middle bar.
I'm going to keep working until I get the straight bar MU and beyond! quick video sorry its so dark, just wanted to share.
Any tips/criticism is welcome. I know I'm kipping but I don't think it's too much since I never practice kipping so it was just a natural momemtum from my knees tucking...
