I knwo!!! brother is just going to take off flying next time then come back and be like "sorry, head touched the clouds it doesn't count.. I only did 3 minutes in the air instead of 4!"

Vassili I'm in awe of your strength!

your fingers specifically, how long have you been training on fingers? my fingers hurt just from looking at your video! I can't even do push ups on mine without them hurting! I'm trying to always do push ups on fingers now to make them strong but forget about supporting my entire weight on them for a few months man, VERY strong moves!

My only dream in life is to get a planche as nice as yours!

(been reading its dangerous to do handstand on fingers but you prove that it can be done without injury, still, just be careful brother)

Keep posting these, and make some tutorials!!
do you think training weighted has made a lot of difference??

super inspirational.

I have realized my dream about the planche, so you can do it too.
Never give up, and you'll get it man Wink

It's dangerous, but it's like everything, if you got the strength , why there will be a danger ?
Just be carefull, always be enough warmed up before do something on fingers.

I'm currently working on a tutorial, and plan to do others in the future.
I have started to do weighted exercices some months ago only, about november, december and it was just a few exercices.
I haven't practised enough time to tell that i got a lot of benefices from it, for now.
But of course it will help me a lot from now, i have no other choice that add weight on me to continue to increase the difficulty.
But the tutorial i'm on, will explain a lot thing about that.

@ Pureyez : yes all on my own.

do i understand you correctly that you have achieved your current level without using weighted excercises (until november i mean)?
so no weighted pullups, dips etc. in the time before november?

Well mainly yes, i used at a moment when i did endurance training , like pyramid, dirty30, that kind of stuff, sometimes i used a weighted vest but it was medium/light weight , like 20-30 kg maximum.( and i did endurance training a little time...)

Since i have started, i have done like 5 % of my training with weight on me, i can't tell how much exactly but it is insignificant.
