 workout plan

Hey hi all,

I'm a 14 years old boys from canada. I just decided to drop the dumbells and do some calisthenic Razz but the probleme is that i dont have any workout plan so if you have one tanks to tell yours Wink

wath i can do:
50 push-up
10 pull-up
12 dips
for the abs i get my programme
and another plan for my skinny legs Razz

Welcome to the forum!

I'd suggest you check out the training logs section of the forum to find some training plans. There's plenty in there Smile

Here's my workout plan: go to bed sore, wake up stronger! That's all you need to know. If you wake up and feel totally normal, you know you didn't train hard enough. But if you wake up and you can't move, then you overdid it. The trick is to find that balance
