I have calculated. Simple math.
One set, one minute rest, 4 main exercise. 30minutes. Everyday.
pullups pushups dips situps
10 20 10 20
9 18 9 20
8 16 8 20
7 14 7 20
6 12 6 20
Every week i increase my weakest number by only 1 (pullups,dips) and by 2 (pushups, situps)
At the and of october i will reach:
5x10pullup
5x10dip
5x20pushup
5x20situp
and if i keep doing this i will reach these numbers by 2010 autumn.
5x20pullup
5x20dip
5x40pushup
5x40situp
So if i force myself to do this everyday, and increase the numbers by one week by week i think i will not be tired and in two years i could do 5x30pullups 3years> 5x40 and so on...
what do you think? can be work? what will be the effects onto my body?
