I bought the Rings. Suspension Trainers are good. but I feel Rings are more traditional and supplement bar work nicely. I like the fact it's simple and has a history behind it (moves).

I've grown tired of the TRX and rarely use it anymore. I don't plan on using it for sled drags or crazy leg workouts anymore. I just use traditional olympic style weightlifting for that.

Now if I could. I would buy the 30-50 ft climbing rope also. You can get really strong hand grip workouts and abs with climbing ropes, better than any suspension trainer in my opinion.

Just my experiences. Best of Strength to you!

hey thanks for the advice Johnny 5. I guess what I'm really trying ask is can the Jungle Gym XT substitute a set of rings in terms of versatility of upper body exercises (i.e. muscle ups, front lever back lever and so on). I know for a fact it is possible to do a muscle up on as i have seen a video on youtube.
Futhermore would you say in terms involvement of core muscles during use ,would rings be better option or it comparable between the two.
Thanks in advance
