A few things I have. Done to increase my trap size is shrugs whiile in the handstand position, and doing shrugs while in an inverted hang. Use weight if necessary. Also dips are great for tap development.

Weighted pull ups, weighted dips, Ring rows instead of pulling to the side of your lats pull to the side of your ears it kills the trap area i do this variation every now and then,also ring rollouts besides core it works trap/lats.
