I reccomend to work more ur core. Maybe add planks, side planks as super set or after ur leg raises. Or maybe add a super set with knee raises + each side knee raises.

Hope it helps.
Also u can do some stretching after ur workout.

this workout may work just fine. but as u get better and more used to calisthenics exercises u might want to divide the workout into different types and increase the intensity. An example would be; Monday-Pull day(such as pullup chinups) , Wed-Push day(pushups dips), and Friday-Legs and Core.

Thanks for the help, yeah as soon as I develop more endurance and stabilizer muscle strength I will move on to the split routines.

U may also add if u have time one or two more days of cardio like running, cycling or just some tabata workout like burpees. But be careful cause if u just add one or two more days u may injure ur self if ur body is not ready. So if u want just do one intense cardio one easy cardio and see how it goes, just be careful and listen to ur body, if it gets more and more fatigue just rest one more day or just slip the cardio day.

Nice , no need for a plan yet just kill the basics pull ups, dips, push ups, rows, tri extensions.. What i would change is for you to work your legs and core harder if you have a vest or weights use them.Even if you only have 1 dumbbell do dumbbell front squats to make it more challenging, if not do lots of jump squats before your leg workout.

Thanks for the advice, yeah I have been a bit worried about legs, I was thinking maybe 1 day a week at the gym, heavy squats and deadlift.
