| Just kind of curious how many of you guys actually did bar-work before finding out about the Bar-Barians. Be truthful! |

That's how I was/am. Except I did a good lot of bar-work already, as I am training for the Military. I've started doing it more intently about two years ago though when a friend showed my the Bartendaz(They weren't as homo then as they are now). That's what really got my more interested in Bar-Work. |

| Yeah, I personally find video games a nice way to relax or rest from working out all day. Sometimes I'll even work out while I play games, like if I die in a shooter game I'll do x amount of push ups, or dips or something. |

| My bio is long, I started going gym about last year summer and my friend told me about bartendaz (but i clicked on bandana red when he was working out in his solo days, then i watched bartendaz after) around the same time (july/august). Soon after, I started to hit the park but I went to the gym more. When september came and school began I unintentionally stopped fitness altogether.
I got back on fitness on the 16th of january to be exact but gym-wise because I remember planning everything and taking notes. During this time I was nearly at rock bottom with the measly figure of 3 max pullups (which I dont think were all the way down) next to my name. Damn, I was so ashamed. Thats when I started watching the bartendaz again and thats when I started to hit the park again. I was still on gym more though, I would say 75% gym and 25% park from january-april. I remember the sweet month of april, when I was chasing that muscle up and the same month when I converted to strictly calisthenics. |

| Back in the day I was really into pumping iron. About 15 yrs. ago I was 95kg. Now I'm 77kg. At that time I was pretty muscular and did only bodybuilding type workouts.
From as far back as I can remember I did pull-ups, chin-ups, push-ups and dips, so I had a pretty good base before I started getting seriously into bar-only type workouts. I could always bang out 15-20 pull-ups.
Saw a Zef vid about a year ago - the rest is history! |

| I started off barr work when i was a kid,, but then started and stopped working out. Then went gymming for a little bit but didnt like it, and then got inspired by marcus bondi vids on youtube to start barring up. |

| before starting strictly calisthenics a few years ago I used to do do others sports like track n' field and basketball so I had included a little bar workout to increase my upper body muscles, afterwards I had to stop because of school which took me too much time but I needed to relieve my feelings and I found that the best way to do that was guess what!..I started doing bodyweight exercises at home since they didn't take me a lot of time , I did pull ups on my balcony and things like that till 1 day I saw some videos of the calisthenics kingz harlem seals and bar barians and I got hooked on working out, then I put a bar at home and the rest is deducted.... |
