| Nutrition is not important at all, i mean yes but not as much as people says. In bodybuilding they say to you to eat like a pig and training less=> that is completely fake. The key is to do calisthenics and sleep again and again Since i've been doing calisthenics i'm a new man! and that's f**kin great I put all the bodybuilding bullshit beside and i'm really happy. |

| Guys, it's wrong if you say NUTRITION IS NOT VERY IMPORTANT AT ALL, IF YOU WORK OUT ALOT.
basicly nutrition is 40 - 50 % and the training is the other part of your entire "workout" . But i depends on the person. If you are small and tiny, you won't need that much protein, carbohydratres, usw.
and forget about all those protein bars, shakes, pills, usw... !
Train hard and eat well, that's it. |

In BB you have a diferent objective, mass gain.
And you NOT gain mass eating like a litle girl... sorry. |

| Well if you tell people to forget about bodybuilding info, there are some facts that are not wrong. For example, when you do activities, wether there are with calesthetics or not, you burn calories. If you do not eat well, or do you not worry about your diet, you will be less effective on your training.

| Eating healthy is the best. Keeps you lean, maintains your focus for longer, improves your recovery need I say more. Eat plenty of vegies, fruit, fish, meat, nuts and berries. If society wasn't so 'developed' and easy we would be in the forrests hunting for meat and scouraging for fruits, vegies, nuts and berries the way it used to be and we wouldn't have obesity - the biggest health issue of our time |

Define mass. Is that muscle or fat you are talking about?
Most people just want the muscle not the fat. 99% of body builders end up slimming down (going on a diet and losing the fat) just to find out they have only gained about 2 to 3 pounds of muscle. is is worth putting on 30 pounds of fat just to gain about 3 pounds of muscle, no not really. |
