This is my attempt at a beginner work out. I am capable of more but with reduced quality (I suppose that means I'm not capable of more actually haha) and I realise you are after quality not quantity.

For the pull ups and chin ups I alternated between each set, so 3 sets of each.
Pull ups/chin ups: 10, 8, 6, 4, 2
Wide arm press ups: 3 x 20
Decline press ups: 3 x 10
Sit ups: 2x35 in 1 1/2 minutes and 1 x 20 rotating
I did 5 more chin ups just to get an extra pump in my arms.
Hold yourself at the top of the bar for at least 10 seconds and then very slowly lower yourself.
Finally 10 knee raises just to give your abs some extra burn.

All exercises were performed wearing a weighted backpack (except sit ups).

I realise this may not be taxing for a lot of you as I will not be as strong as you, my main focus is endurance training so if any of you want running programs I am far more suited towards that. Anyway, I digress. I will post a link to the video shortly as soon as I finish putting it together and upload it.

I know it may not be suitable for you more advanced

Here are the links to my very very basic workout
It is nothing special and I am capable of more, I just wanted to show you my basics to start off with and get everything right with quality. In time I will hopefully progress some more of my videos and reach my full potential.

Good stuff, you're getting the basics in.

I'd lighten the load on the pull-ups in the first vid so that you can get your chin over the bar for every set. Once you've got full ROM on every rep of every set of pull-ups, then start increasing the weight.

Hey man. keep it up. thanks for posting. what i do with the backpack, for pull-ups, is put it on my front. Try that and see which you like better. Also add abs on the bar with knee/leg raises if you aren't doing this already.

Is it better to do these with straight or bent arms?

Cheers

go all the way down and pull all the way up.

as for me personally i always do every sets until muscle failure. you have to make training hard so that in competition its easy.

Im a beginner and what i do is focus on 1 exercise like pull-up and do 3 sets max reps then go on the next exercise. that way i get enough rest time and able to do quality reps.

for now im still trying to incoporate 2 exercises in between to save time so if you have a good total body workout plan share it to me.
