heya i saw ur post on youtube, on your planche pushups and a bit on ur core/ab work.. very impressive..
i got a little advise for you for your next training,
i will tell you the basic movement and u can improvise the boring thing however you like but if u put some time into it i can guarantee you that u will see heaps of gains..

Position:
1. go into a squat position with your thighs parallel to the floor
2. lift both hands up so that your shoulders is parallel to your elbows, and your palms is facing the sky parallel to the top of your head (you will look like a statue).
3. keep your body straight (work towards keeping it straight)
4. hold the pose for as long as you can

THe challenge is to hold the post for past 30mins-1hour, then add weights gradually on both of your palms

note: keep your shoulders back and down and your core firm.

that is just the simplified instructions but basically use all your body to balance and hold.

It is a martial arts training technique and will help you take your training one step furthur and prevent injuries..
keep it up.. and it looks ugly so probbly not a video to post on Smile

cheers
