O.k how to explain this.
On the dip bars and its like a Planche push up, but your arms are bent, your body is at a 45degree angle with your legs extended nice and straight, with your head lower than your shoulders.
Its like a shoulder stand that people do on a balance chair in aerial style circus routines, the difference being your shoulders aren't resting on anything.

hmm is it on any video?? yea if the arms are bend they call it a lever. if the arms are straight its called a planche.. but i call it both planche lol .. anyway u got a vid or something?

I've been trying these and getting someone to spot me.

i have a tip for you get a stability ball and place ur feed on the ball with ur toes than put ur hands on the handles and learn the transistion it helped me
