| O.k how to explain this. On the dip bars and its like a Planche push up, but your arms are bent, your body is at a 45degree angle with your legs extended nice and straight, with your head lower than your shoulders. Its like a shoulder stand that people do on a balance chair in aerial style circus routines, the difference being your shoulders aren't resting on anything.
Looking forward to any feedback |

| Hey Metin, Its kind of like your profile pic at the moment, but not as horizontal, more so at a 45 degree angle. A Lever? not front or back |

| All time vid. Amazing control and Balance. Thanx M anyone got any other terms/names for it. I've been trying these and getting someone to spot me. just because i was over rotating and getting smashed every now and then. Still a few months off yet from nailing it. Sickest move |

He means the transition from a L-sit into the move we are discussing. Metin use to have a video of what were talking about on youtube, but i just went to check it out and it wasn't there anymore. |
