| wat up beast. i'm gonna go tommorrow hit the playground n try some muscle-ups for the first time ever. i'm real excited to start experimenting. i'm actually going for my cert in personal fitness and was looking for something diff to specialize in to seperate me from the pack, calisthenics were first on my list and when i found you guys, DAMN, it sealed it for me. as far as requirements go, can my 20 pullups be underhanded(chinups)? the requirements page is under construction and i'm just going off the forum here. Thanks for your input bro. |

hmm muscle ups for the first time, alright try to concentrate on the negatives first, nice and slowly ,
it needs 2 be normal pull ups wider than ur shoulders, so no chin ups..

| yeah... so, i'll be working on negatives this week... you guys make it look so ez. Oh well, i was looking for a longer term fitness goal anyway.lol. |
