PostSubject: My training log   Tue Dec 29, 2009 6:12 am

Hello guys, so recently i decided to get into calistechnics and here i'll post my logs of the day where i'm training ! It will help me keep a look on my routine, save whats good, bad etc..
i have been doing some musculation before, but that was only like some pushups, pullups, without any organisation.

I also want to say i try to sleep " a lot ", and eat a lot of healthy food either.

Alright i'll start with yesterday.

Monday 28 december :

Warmup :
50 jumping jacks, 50 front arm raises, 50 side arm raises
some pushups, some pullups
a bit cardio ( 5 min )
stretching.

workout :

I did the exercices in this order,
25 sec rest between sets, 50 between exercices.

6 x 10 dips

3 x Max pullups
3 x max chinups
3 x max pullups with feet elevated on chair
3 x max chinups with feet elevated on chair

10 x max handstand pushups

3 x max pseudo planche pushups
3 x max wide pushups
3 x max deep pushups ( between paralettes )
3 x max pushups with feet elevated
3 x max diamonds pushups
3 x max shoulder pushups

3 x : 8 pushups, 8 second hold at the top, 4 semi pushups from ground to middle, 4 semi pushup from middle to top, max pushup

6 x 20 crunches
1 min plank of all sorts, side, front, back..
6 X 10 laying leg raises
6 x 10 leg raises on bar ( the highest i can do )
6 x 10 reverse crunches on bar

3 x 10 lowerback extensions

Cool down :
Stretching
Eat just after.

For all exercice, i do them slowly.
Note : for some exercices : the max isnt high at all, but it means i couldnt do one anymore. The number isnt important, it is just proportional to the level and experience.

Today i'll do LEGS + Gymnastics

Thanks!
