| Met up with Murdog83 here in Seoul, Korea the other day. It was a cold one, but it was great to hook up with another forum member.
We did the BBR reqs as a warm-up and then started having some fun with some handstands and flags.
David is heading back home soon, so our next workout together will probably be back in Canada.

Yeah, we met through the forum. Pretty wild! Murdog was heading to Korea to do some traveling and writing, he found out I was here working, so we hooked up back in the spring. He left Korea and came back again for a short stint and we got to meet up again early in the new year.

| Dawalli you have the m-up to handstand on the bar, just focus on keeping your elbows at 90degrees. |
