| Most of us knows HANNIBAL! If not: http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=hannibal+for+king&search_type=&aq=0&oq=hannibal I've bought his DVD. He say that he doesn't use any weights(what do you think?). Looking on his boby hard to immagine that it's the result of bodyweight trainings. I think that first it was gym and now it's the bars. In other case how to make that boby on the bars? Steroids?)  In any case he is GREAT!  |

| Some people just seem to hypertrophy more than others. Look at all the ring men in gymnastics. All basically work towards the same goals, but each has a slightly different physique. Thing is, even people who body build do not look like Hannibal. Could be some steroid use, it is more common than people think. I knew high school athletes who went on to be nobody who took steroids at one time. |

| hannible is one of the strongest players in the whole bar game , he is 100% calisthenics & working out since 17 years. He is doin barwork about 6 hours/day. he is just amazing

| My hunch tells me that H built that disgusting ;-) physique with bars, although maybe not exclusively, but the pectoral and deltoid cuts and striation ( not to mention his almost insane joint strength ) tells me that it was fundamentally from bars.
One poster here stated that others hypertrophy more than others. Very true statement, that. Your *genetics* determines how much muscle ( and for those swimming in appearance, the depth, striation and musculature ) you will gain. This statement should be based almost exclusively on what a person eats if they are pulling exclusively for looks through bodyfat loss. Training, rest and the ability to remove fluids ( prior to photo shoots ) could certainly play a role in one's physique.
As my trainer once told me, "... you can either thank God ( by design ) or your parents ( by evolution ) for what you git, boy." I've come to accept that statement as concrete as nothing I've seen or read has changed a person's physique other than what we "git" when our parents copulated.

Thats a *very* good point. The body simply processes the training and based upon the nutritional supplementation we give it - we receive "muscles" in response.

| It's interesting how Hannibal planning his every day workout? Every day he do the same or different(how it looks like)? It's interesting to see the example of his workout(what exersises,how much times, how many sets, rest between sets). |

thats a good question. but not only hannibal must train all day long, other ppl too. maybe LBM (or anyone else ^^) can say something to your questions ?!  |

LBM, you suggest to do workout every day. My muscles recovers only with 2 days rest, in other case I can do less then day before. |

LBM, you suggest to do workout every day. My muscles recovers only with 2 days rest, in other case I can do less then day before. |
hmm i dont know hannibals workout days..
u gotta build it up, less rest days by each month..when ur muscle is sore warm up it up and do 1 set and work on different groups.. this is to get faster recovery it will pump blood in the muscle .. try to eat fresh protein so food that got a mother lol |

same here.. when i go to failure in some sets or do pyramides or only train hard i cant train every day the same muscle.

so that means that u train when ur muscle is sore and you just warm it up before ? thats crazy... |
